Class Descriptions
Mat Classes - A series of floor- work exercises emphasizing core strength; breath control; flowing movement; and the development of long, lean muscles and a decompressed spine. Class is limited to 12 participants. No registration is required; you may drop in at any time. First time students drop in for $15 return for a second mat class with in seven days and your next class is FREE.
Group Equipment Classes: Reformer, Tower, & Chair —Here you can experience “the spring” while balancing your muscles and challenging your core on equipment invented by Joe Pilates and unique to the Pilates method. Class is limited to 4 or 5 students, and registration is required.
Beginner –This class will challenge your core and further increase your flexibility as you learn coordination, precise control and concentration.
Intermediate –This class is for those who are experienced in the Pilates method and who are ready to challenge themselves with more complicated, flowing movements.
Advanced –This class is for those who are strong in the Pilates method, confident in their core strength and in the Pilates movements and ready for a faster tempo.

Private Lessons —Personalized workouts are tailored to address your individual needs. You can use this as an initial evaluation, an occasional check- in to assure you are using correct form, or to further your fitness goals. By appointment only.
Semi Privates —Enjoy a great workout with a friend or two in a semi- private session that builds core strength and balances your muscles. By appointment only.
