Reservations: Contact Jennifer Dunbar at Pilates on Highland pilateshigh@bellsouth.net or by phone 205-410-8818 Text Box: Workshops for Pilates Instructors and Movement Educators Text Box: Cara Reeser, the owner of Pilates Aligned Inc., graduated with a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College in 1988 and then with a MFA from New York University Tisch School of the Arts in 1993. As a student at Tisch, Cara began her initial studies with Master Teacher Kathleen Stanford Grant. In 1993, Cara moved to Boulder, Colorado where she continued her Pilates training at The Pilates Center. After completing the teacher training program in 1994, Cara stayed on to teach at the Pilates Center from 1994 to 2000. In 2000, Cara and Physical Therapist Patty Pennell began the Deeper Perspectives Continuing Education Programs, with the goal of offering high-quality, comprehensive continuing education programs for Pilates Professionals and movement educators, in order to promote professional growth as well as helping build a strong community of like-minded peers. Over the years, Deeper Perspectives has grown in popularity and expanded to include a national touring schedule. In addition to her teaching and touring schedule, Cara is the Artistic Director and Choreographer for Still Moving Dance, a contemporary dance company based in Denver, CO and has been on the Naropa University faculty, teaching courses in dance and movement
