Group Class Description

Mat Classes - A series of floor- work exercises emphasizing core strength, breath control, flowing movement, and the development of long, lean muscles and a decompressed spine. No registration is required; you may drop in at any time.

$15 for one class
$100 for 10 prepaid classes

Express Mat – A thirty-minute workout at a very quick tempo for students who have experience with the Pilates Mat work. The thirty-minute time frame is designed to get you in and out of the studio “fast” during a lunch hour break! For Intermediate and Advanced Students. No registration is required; you may drop in at any time.

Group Equipment Classes: Reformer, Tower, & Chair —Here you can experience “the spring” while balancing your muscles and challenging your core on equipment invented by Joe Pilates and unique to the Pilates method. Class is limited to 4 students. Reservation required.

Reformer /Jump Board is a calorie burning cardio workout on the Pilates Reformer. It incorporates hand weights and fun choreography in a flow pattern that includes core and stretching.This intense Reformer workout will reduce body fat, increase bone density, improve digestion, firm legs, thighs, abdomen, arms and hips. Class is limited to 4 students, Reservation required.

Core Barre integrates the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and safely reshape the entire body. It is non-impact and targets all major muscle groups while improving posture. The result is sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat and elongated thighs. Pilates uses machines and mat work to re-align the core muscle groups by working the smaller muscle groups. Core Barre uses the body's own weight to isolate, strengthen and sculpt all of the body's major muscle groups. Class size is limited to 8-10 students Reservation Required.

Pilates Bootcamp 55 minutes of intense cardio combined with Pilates equipment (Bosu balls, Reformer, Chair, Tower and core barre). Get the benefits of the Pilates principals: decompression, flexibility, and core strength; in a fun, fat burning, interval training format. Class size is limited to 8 students. Reservation Required.

Class Levels

Floor ExercisesIntroduction to Equipment – A beginning approach to Pilates Equipment for those who have little or no experience.

Beginner – This class will challenge your core and further increase your flexibility as you learn coordination, precise control and concentration.

Intermediate – This class is for those who are experienced in the Pilates method and who are ready to challenge themselves with more complicated, flowing movements.

Advanced –This class is for those who are strong in the Pilates method, confident in their core strength and in the Pilates movements and ready for a faster tempo.

** Please get permission from the instructor before entering advanced group equipment classes. SAFETY IS OUR MAIN CONCERN!
